Coticule selection offer

Bart, I'd like to confirm my intent to purchase the one you selected for me, unless reserve 2 is actually similarly priced and available, in which case I don't know since that one is my preferred length. I wouldn't mind your advice on that choice if it exists. Actually, I'll let you decide that for me. :p

I also am inquiring with Isaac about seeing if we can combine shipping, since I think he actually may live close to me.

And thank you again for doing this. This is certainly a wonderful opportunity, especially for those of us who were unable to make it to the coticule weekend!

The price I stated is wrong, I just remembered that I actually have a copy from the new price list, announced long time ago, but since a few weeks in effect. Reserve 2 costs 188EUR. (I'll edit my post). I you want it, it's yours. In that case, the hone with your name on becomes available as reserve. Just let me know.

Kind regards,
Bart.

That's a tough choice. I may regret either selection since they are both so wonderful. But I will stick with my original choice, as my wallet will regret it if I change my selection!

Hey Bart are any of the a La Grosse Blanche in the Vault similar to the one you picked for me today?

Justin M.

It's in the neighborhood of n°36, albeit faster on slurry. It will also get that color if you don't use it, but it rubs of with use.

Kind regards,
Bart.

Bart,

very many thanks indeed for going to all the effort; the La Nouvelle Veine that you picked out looks a bonzer! and the price is a very pleasant surprise as well!

Please marked me down as "accepted".

Regards,

Stuart

Bart in the Reserve 1: La Dressante would you consider it one of those special la dressante you would have difficulty's to separe from it...?

best regards
adri

No it's not a La Dressante of the "hairlines" type. This one would act like n°7 of the Vault. It's a great stone. But so it the one I selected for you.

Kind regards,
Bart.

I will Honor your selection Bart.
you can underline my name.

Thank you for your patience and devotion, it is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards
adri

Bart you can put me down as a buyer for the stone you selected for me. Justin Mallit.

This is going to sound very novice, but can I use the slurry stone I currently have, or do I need a matching LGB slurry stone?

[note]When Maurice contacts you about the purchase, do ask for a slurry stone if you need one. He'll include it for free.[/note]

To make it worse, each time I read some of the descriptions out loud, Maurice was shouting "Wait" and running off to his office or the workshop, returning with something special. This went on for almost 4 hours. My head was seriously spinning by then. :D

I love this line...it paints a perfect picture in my mind of your day at Ardennes:lol:

Hahaha I thought just the same too, wonderful stuff indeed, and what passion the two have!

Then my head said it would all be in Dutch! And that made me laugh out loud.... Go figure... Lol

This whole thing has been like watching people open presents. It's been a lot of fun. :)

For me it's been wonderful torture. I've had to choose between two awesome choices. I just hope I'm more productive on Monday!

Indeed. I was actually on my way to mark your name, but something else caught my attention and then I forgot. I has been a long day. I'll rectify the situation immediately by underlining your name and by going to bed after that. ;)

Good Night,
Bart.
