This Super Max Menthol cream is one of the items I found when I went down to my storage locker to get some blades last week. It’s from Bulgaria and it has a nice, although weird kind of scent but it lathers terrifically. It’s not a face-freezer but you can still feel a decent cooling sensation from it and the postshave care is pretty good. There’s nothing like a nice massage with the Prep and a couple of splashes of the Skin Bracer. I only had time for two passes but I had a great BBS shave nonetheless!

Brush and soap:
J&T® Marble Wood APShaveCo SynBad and Dead Sea Shave - Tempest:
The J&T® Marble Wood APShaveCo SynBad brush with the Dead Sea Shave - Tempest soap and my little stainless steel bowl were the prelude to a nice foam this morning. Beautiful wet foam and still nice and fat and gliding. Can make better foam, but that's more up to me than the soap this morning. In the end it was fine foam, which became even more loud in the 2nd round, so nothing to complain about.
Knife and scraper:
The Personna Platinum Chrome (Red) for the 9th x used.
Made the Personna Platinum Chrome (Red) disappear into the piggy bank after this 9th bet. Was it really necessary? Could have been done again, but that's not necessary. In the Fatip Piccolo Special Edition (OC) the Personna Platinum Chrome (Red) was a great combination again. I shaved nicely with it, but it was noticeable that for this scraper the knife had just a bit too little cut. Well and looking for the optimum it is then ready.
Result: BBS.
Finally: Although the soap is really nice earthy for the finish yet lime in the Kartopu Limon Eau de Cologne, some spiciness in the Weleda Aftershave Balsam and nice grassy and fern-like from the Loris E-003 Acqua Di Gio. Beautiful, that is again a whole range of natural fragrances on a smooth face.
 
Good evening, Gentlemen. Although, that was my Shave in the morning in one of these fancy hotels where every room is designed different but all of them have the Charme of a brothel :D

I combined the Mama Bears Victorian Violets and the Myrsol because it are both flowery scents. The soap has a nice decent and simple smell of violets. The aftershave has a more complex scent. It feels on the first useage very good for the skin. Unfortunately it has some menthol in it. Fact is that the skins feels super Smooth. Good day!

My Thursday morning Grand Freeze:

Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap

My face is frozen stiff after this ungodly menthol assault (in a good way!) but I enjoyed every minute of it. The mentholated pre-shave soap from Stirling started the ball rolling with its invigorating cooling sensation, it leaves your skin spotlessly clean, it softens up your stubble, and its slickness turns your face into a skating rink. The Glacial Black Cherry soap has such a delightful scent, the lather is so rich as well as easy to work up, and the freeze hits you like ten tons of frigid bricks. The Glacial Unscented balm doesn’t lack menthol either - not only is it as cold as ice, it has such wonderful moisturizing and soothing. The Alcolado Glacial splash froze the daylights out of me. This shave was a three pass BBS work of art!

Semogue 1305 Boar Bristle Shaving Brush and D.R. Harris Lavender:
It doesn't grow here on the Baltic Sea, which makes it even more attractive to use a lavender soap with its beautiful fresh Provencal floridity. Semogue 1305 Boar Bristle Shaving Brush with the D.R. Harris Lavender realized this vision. Deliciously scented foam in the beautiful French bowl with which it is good to shave.
Blade and razor:
The Schick Proline P-20 for the 9th x used.
The Schick Proline P-20 is still in good condition and shaves perfectly smooth. It is a pleasure to shave with this knife. This is certainly also due to the Pal Injector in combination with this Schick Proline P-20. A nice light combination that is often praised, almost impossible to improve shaves. Think it's time to expand the collection of razors with some Injectors, because those things don't have eternal life either.
Result: BBS.
Finally: Although today is a beautiful sunny day here, the real summer freshness, different from menthol with lavender, could be evoked. Finally, sprinkled with the PeReJa Lavender edc, cared for and hydrated with the neutral Mennen Baume Energisant. Finishing with a beautiful French Edt by Panier & Sens Lavanda closes perfectly.
